The weather has been so nice lately. Ashlyn and I have been able to get outside quite a bit and have gone to the park a couple of times. It has definitely helped her burn off some stored up energy from the winter. Yesterday we all took a trip to the Allen Outlet Mall and had a nice outing. Ashlyn wanted to try my fries at lunch which was a new one for her and she even ended up eating a few! Then today after Ryan left for moonlighting and Ashlyn got up from her nap, we visited a good friend and her son. Ashlyn had a couple more firsts while we were there. She does not normally get as many sweets as she did today but she sure did enjoy them and I know that my friend enjoyed giving them to her! So many blessings in our lives from friendships to laughter to love.
